To celebrate world Breastfeeding Week I was asked by the beautiful Verna to paint her nursing her daughter.
This painting captures the colourful breastfeeding journey and portrays the breastfeeding mother as the goddess she is. As a mother it is hard to feel that all the time so I hope this portrait serves as a reminder in those moments when you need it the most.
Rainbow Spring
I have just experienced (and survived) my first Griffith Winter. This painting was inspired by the very welcome start of Spring which I hear is the most beautiful time to be here. Remember those bouncy rainbow springs from your childhood? That’s me dancing my way into sunshine surrounded by all the beautiful blooms.
